At the close of the learning experience, you should be able to:

  2. describe how the SCARF model supports affirming conversations around improvement.
  3. explain how asking questions can support others in figuring out the priorities
  4. construct a forward-looking statement for a given problem or obstacle.
  5. construct a simple conversation starter that is grounded in the values of the organization.
  6. describe the two types of stress and how to support employees in dealing with them.
  7. discover a specific keystone habit that will significantly influence productivity or efficiency.
  8. determine at least two questions that they can use to coach others to spot friction as a benefit or cost to following through on good habits.
