The course, Cultural Sensitivity for Industry, explores thinking tools that will help attendees see the beauty and brilliance of individuals of various cultural identities. The experience will support attendees in noticing, naming, and extinguishing the limiting beliefs, narratives, and values that lead us to justify the use of words and actions that connote or denote that a person is less than.
