The course, Cultural Sensitivity Training for Business, explores six thinking tools that help attendees see the beauty and brilliance of individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Delivered one-on-one and tailored to a specific workplace incident, the experience supports attendees in noticing, naming, and extinguishing the limiting beliefs, narratives, and values that lead them to justify words and actions that connote or denote that a person is of a lessor value.
- Develop the skill of noticing, naming, and interrupting deficit thinking that hinders the potential of others
- Understand the difference between intent and impact, and why impact is the workplace standard
